We have to make sure that your device is clear for activation and is exactly as described in the offer that will help expedite our payment to you.  Occasionally payment can be delayed beyond 48 hours. Yes! It is very important that you delete your personal data prior to shipping your device. The fastest way to do this for Apple devices is by going to the Settings icon -- “General" tab -- "Reset" tab and then select "Erase All Content and Settings." If you are unable to delete your data using the above method because your device is no longer functioning, you can follow these steps to remove your data remotely.  Once we receive your device will automatically wipe your device before inspection begins. For further information about how this information is managed please visit our privacy policy.

Once the device is received we will run a battery of tests on each device to ensure item is as described. Sometimes we’ll find that the condition is different or might not be the model you selected for our offer. When this happens we will reach out to you with what we have found and adjust the offer and would need you to accept or decline the new offer. If offer is declined we will ship the phone back to you ASAP free of charge!

Factory sealed in retail package, have never been opened.

 

A Grade
Device must be like new, mint condition. Device must have no screen defects and no scratches or wear.

 

B Grade
Device must have no cracks or heavy damage, only light signs of use and it must be fully functional

 

C Grade
Devices with cracked glass on front or back are OK. The device must have a good fully functional LCD, x1 white spot can be accepted

 

D Grade
Device may have a bad LCD, touch issues and aftermarket screen. Device must be fully functional.

 

DOA
Device does not turn on, the screen may be cracked or bad display, devices with water damage and mixed issues will also be accepted.

 

*-BAD ESN/Blacklisted accepted, however device cannot be stolen or it will be returned.

If your device is used, we don’t want your SIM card, and not needed to evaluate it. We prefer you to keep your SIM card if you’d like, or you can send it in with the device and we will shred -dispose of it. In the event your device is brand new and still in the box, please do not remove the SIM card as this will affect your device's new sealed condition.

Please send your device(s) within 10 days of your online order.  Orders over 10 days will expire. We can only guarantee price if the device is shipped within 4 days of the label being generated. Expired order will need to be resubmitted. Simply login to My Account in the top corner and Add New Order.  There is no need to re-input your details.

1. devices are not Network Locked.
2. Device is on our product list.
3. You the customer have to pay for the Postage.

Your payment is processed within 24-48hrs from the date we test and confirm your devices.

2.Press ‘Call’ or ‘Send’ as if making a call.
3. Your IMEI number will be retrieved and displayed on your screen.

If your device fails our testing (differs from what you have stated), we will contact you by email.
You will be given the option to accept the adjusted price, or have your device(s) returned.

There is no fee for the return of your product(s).

  • Select this device from “All Devices” drop down and select your device
  • Device pop up box will appear.
  • Click “Remove from Account “
  • confirm by clicking “Remove”
B: From another Apple device with same Apple ID (iOS 10.3 or later)

  • Tap Settings > [your name], then scroll down.
  • Tap any device name to view that device's information
  • Scroll down and Tap [ Remove from Account ]


Here is the way to turn off Reactivation Lock from Google’s website.

  • Log into https://myaccount.google.com with your Google email address and password.
  • “Under Sign In & Security >” On left of screen - click on “Device Activity And Notifications”.
  • On the right of the screen click “Recent security events” and click on “REVIEW DEVICES”
  • You will now see all devices linked to your Google account.
  • Click on every single device which you want to remove (inc. the one mentioned above) and select REMOVE under account access.
